Standard deliveries within Australia
Postage and handling for deliveries within Australia via Australia Post is $6.00 for 1 pair, $9.00 for 2 pairs and $12.00 for 3+ pairs.
You will receive your order in approximately 5 – 7 working days. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment has been approved (2-3 working days).

Registered Post
If you wish to receive your purchase via Registered Post to guarantee your receipt of purchase, please select this option when ordering. This will require a signature upon collection. If no one is present when delivery is attempted, a card will be left and your consignment will be available for collection at your nearest Post Office.
Registered Post will cost the standard delivery plus an additional $3.00.

Express Post
If you can’t wait to get your hands on those shoes, this might be the option for you!
Delivery will take 1-3 working days for Express Post. (The item will be sent from an area outside of the Australia Post guaranteed next day metropolitan area).

Because the cost of this is greatly reduced by sending the shoes wrapped in protective bubble wrap, without the box, in a satchel; this is how you receive your purchase.
Cost $12.50 for 1 pair, $16.50 for 2-4 pairs.
If you require the box, please say so in the delivery notes.

Returns
Mooky offers a full satisfaction guarantee. So if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 14 days of receipt. * We do not offer refund on sale items though we will exchange, provided we have the size/style you which to exchange for, in stock. Please send an email prior to sending item, to ensure your desired item is in stock.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase. Please enclose receipt and item/s and mail via registered mail to:

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Goods must be unworn, tags still attached and packaging undamaged for a refund or exchange.
If the good/s are damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer you a replacement item or if unavailable, a full refund on the return of your purchase.
Damaged or faulty items must be advised by email to mooky@mooky.com.au within 2 days of receipt of purchase.

*If your Mooky product was purchased through another retailer, you will need to contact that same retailer for exchange/refund/faulty goods.
